The intensive courses, evening courses and all other language courses with a fixed start date and fixed period<\/strong> offered by LangIsland School are services related to leisure or educational activities.<\/p>\n These courses are available no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g para. Section 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The participant is explicitly informed of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal before completing the booking (registration form, checkbox, booking confirmation).<\/p>\n For services without a fixed date or period (e.g., individual lessons, consulting services), the statutory right of withdrawal applies. The corresponding cancellation policy will be provided separately in these cases.<\/p>\n If the participant is denied entry into the Federal Republic of Germany due to a negative visa decision<\/strong> by the responsible German diplomatic mission abroad, the contract may be terminated. irrespective of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g para. Section 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB)<\/strong> be cancelled.<\/p>\n The prerequisite for this is that the participant in the LangIsland School submits a copy (PDF) of the official rejection notice from the German diplomatic mission abroad by email within 14 days of receiving it<\/strong> .<\/p>\n In this case, we will refund the course fee paid , less an administration fee<\/strong> of \u20ac100. The registration fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n The contractually agreed right to cancellation in the event of a visa refusal remains unaffected by the exclusion of the right of withdrawal<\/strong> .<\/p>\n Course changes are only possible after prior written agreement and subject to availability. There is no right to a postponement.<\/p>\n The “German for Medical Professionals” courses are language courses with a fixed date and fixed period<\/strong> .<\/p>\n These courses are available no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g para.
